Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS)

The FDACS is the governing body of the state of Florida repsonsible for regulating intrastate movers. Intrastate movers in the state of Florida are required to be licensed and insured. Gardiner & Sons Moving is licensed and insured.
